Gym Membership

If you are a former patient who has graduated from a Peak Physical Therapy program, we encourage you to sign-up for our gym membership! This is an opportunity to continue your PT exercises in a specialized environment.

This gym membership is an excellent transition from PT treatments to regular gym workouts. Members can call ahead to block out an hour or more of exercise time. Patients can workout on their own using our equipment, but PTs and exercise specialists will be available for consultation during workout and will work with the member to safely progress them in their workout routine.

The Peak Physical Therapy gym membership is $39.99/month plus tax.
