I joined Peak PT in 2024 and am actively growing my skills in healthcare administration. In my current role, I manage key billing processes, including insurance authorizations and referrals, verifying patient insurance eligibility, and supporting patient balance collections. I’m also responsible for reviewing patient accounts to ensure payments are applied correctly and that bills are accurate and valid before initiating any collections. While I’m still early in my career, I take pride in learning every day and contributing to a smooth, transparent billing experience for both patients and providers.
On a more personal level, I enjoy outdoor walks and spending time with my daughter.
