Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine offers weekly Gentle Restorative Yoga Classes!
Instructor Robin Dean will lead you through basic, introductory yoga techniques that anyone can master. Reap the benefits of this Yoga experience in a friendly and casual atmosphere!
Classes are held every Tuesday from 7:30pm to 8:45pm. Pay at the door, $15, or you can buy a 10-class package for $100. That’s a saving of $50!
